The GVS Block Splitting Machine is a hydraulic splitting machine designed to produce split-face, textured and decorative finishes on cured concrete blocks, pavers and bricks. After blocks are cured, the splitting machine applies controlled hydraulic pressure to cleave each block, exposing the aggregate texture and creating the rugged split-face appearance sought after for architectural, landscaping and structural masonry applications.

The machine comprises a heavy-duty splitting frame with a vertical hydraulic piston and splitting blade assembly, an integrated roller conveyor for smooth block feeding, and a separate hydraulic power unit with electric motor, pump, control valves and pressure gauges. It is suitable for standalone operation or integration alongside a GVS concrete block making production line.

Split-face blocks are widely used for feature walls, retaining walls, cladding, landscaping and decorative masonry where a natural stone appearance is required without the cost of natural stone.
