The DF-1200 Automatic Block Cuber System is a factory-sourced block cuber and palletising system for dry concrete products, supplied to Australian operations by GVS Machines Australia as authorised reseller and distributor. GVS is not the manufacturer.

The system separates and arranges blocks, then cross-stacks them into square packs with fork openings for handling. It can be configured for post-curing or inline production layouts.

Operation is supported by a PLC touchscreen, laser sensors, fault alerts and automatic stop. The production line is semi-automatic; packing may be manual or paired with an automatic baler. The system is not fully unmanned.

Important — electrical requirements to confirm: The supplier's technical table shows a rated system power of 35 kW. The supplier's component schedule, however, lists a different installed motor total of 38.55 kW (excluding a 7.5 kW air compressor) and indicates approximately 15 kW operating power. Final electrical requirements must be confirmed with GVS before ordering.
